I am thinking about getting a new Eiger auto 4x4. I would like to know how Suzuki's reliability is. Has anyone had any problems with their Eiger's or any other four stroke motors from Suzuki. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm a dealer, so I might be a little bias, but after12 years in the business I would say Suzuki is one of if not the most reliable machineout there. Suzuki does a great job of making sure their stuff is top notch and if you do have a problem they will take care of you. For example...the first recall I've seen from Suzuki for quite some time was on this years Eiger. It was taking them some time to find the problem as they had very few failures, so rather than make the customer wait what turned out to be(in our case) 1 more week, they sent out brand new machines to exchange with all the customers with a machine that needed to be tested. They spent a ton of money to actually send techs out to dealers to test each machine with their ultra expensive ultra sonic equipment only to find a handful in the whole country that were faulty. I've never heard of any company doing that before. Then they slapped a 5 year warranty on them covering any problems relating to the recall. Great company! Great product!
