suzuki...engine size????

i recently aquired a quad that im striping to turn into a mean of road go kart...im using the suspension steering engine and the rear end off of it....it is an older model and i dont know what year....but i was wondering what size engine it is....im not totally sure....but it says 3500mls on the side of the engine....does this mean it is a 350?....it has a quad runner sticker on the back....and i didnt think suzuki made a 350 quadrunner.....can anyone help me out with the engine size?.....and if you have any suggestions about the kart .....trust me...i would be extremely grateful

The 3500ml on the engine case is the oil capacity.

The engine size will be stamped into the lower portion of the cylinder itself. Usually on the back of it. If it is a 250, it will read something like 249cm [249 cubic centimeters].

If you get the engine serial number, call your local Suzuki dealer. He can tell you the engine size by that number. If you get the frame serial number, he can even tell you the year model.

thnx...lol....i figured that out today....and i thought to myself....dang...im gonna look stupid on the forum....but i found the actual engine size....it said 246ml3 so i figured it was a 250.....any body know any tricks or upgrades to make this engine go faster and push harder?....or just run better?....i think it will make a very nice kart after a set of rings
