Chain Adjustment on new Suzuki Z400

Chain adjuster? Same crappy design as the my 92 Quadracer. I still cannot figure out why they changed from 85-86 design (Like 400EX) to the new design its such a pain to work with, plus to do it correct you have to make certain the rear axle is alligned with the front as if you don't know what you are doing you can **** the axle.
If I can get one this spring I will still buy a Z-400 though.

I agree, Ive always liked suzuki`s but, their chain ajustment sucks. It takes three times as long as hondas. Thats the kicker they used to have a honda style adjustment(85-6). Those swingarms did break so maybee thats why they switched? I know their swingarms are beefy but, COME ON there has to be an easier way to adjust than this. You almost have to measure it. Them stupid metal plates move around on the top. I can guarantee the mags will rip on the chain adjustment BIG TIME.

I have had to do chain adjustments on lt250r's so i def know what your talking about, and i will agree that the z400 swingarm and carrier looks the same, but who knows maybe suzuki engineered it a little differently so it will be easier, no one will know until the z400 is actaully tested.
