Anybody know where I could get a pipe for an 80's model LT50?? Or know of a forum or site dedicated to the LT50 or something helpful?!!?
I rebuilt an 84 for my kids for Christmas. My 5 yr old daughter is the only one big enough to ride it for now- my boy is almost 2, but thinks he is ready to ride now! His feet have to hit the foot pegs first! Beautiful restore job if I say so myself. I completely sandblasted every metal part of it and powder coated everything black, yellow, or metallic silver. New yellow plastic front and rear(looks kinda' like Daddy's!!) and new tires. New, 2 color seat cover and bar pad. Looks like brand new and runs great. But, she's about maxed out what the 50's got for top end and I'm ready for her to have a little more. Seems to me like it doesn't wind out far enough before it runs out of power.
Hopefully someone has run across somewhere or knows something that can help me.
