It's my oppinion that the stock Suzuki piston will out wear the Weisco.they make them stock up to 51mm (2nd bore) then you have no choice but to get a Weisco
hope this helps

I believe there is a washer (with small hole) in between the flange and gasket where the exaughst pipe mounts to the cylinder. Take that out (if you haven't already and you will gain oodles and oodles of power just from that.

It don't pay to add a pipe and alot of mods to an LT80. All I suggest is email LT80 himself and he will definetly set you up.
I have two Lt's and one LT80 built, we race full LRD 80's with pipe
big carb and LRD clutch mods. Both riders are very close in caliber but LT80's machine will smoke any of the full mod machines that we
have raced so far. I'm sure there's a few machines that will beat this one but the problem is (WE HAVEN'T SEEN ONE YET).

thanks for the info lt80. i am doing this for some friends and they just want the bike to respond a little quicker and the kid wants it noisier. so i was just going to put a pipe on, open up airbox, and do what ever clutch mods you might suggest. ct racing wouldnt really tell me any clutch mods but did sell me the pipe and oil inj blockoff plate.
