a stock drz400 puts about between 39-42 hp, depending on which magazine you look in. with the yoshimura titanium full system, jet kit, k@n, and airbox vents it will keep up with a wr426 in a drag race.

Yoshimira already has an exhaust made. It's 750. WOW, won't sell to many at that price. They won't be out for about two months.

It would be nice if it was the actual DRZ engine....but it's not. It uses the -S model's engine setup. It'll be a hair over 30.

Not what the rep told my dealer face to face. He said at least 36 and could be as high as 40. The 36 sounds more realistic....

You can look on Suzukis site and see that the specs are "S" model like and that bike does only put out 30-32 hp stock! But.... the motor on the DRZ is very responsive to mods. I had a 200 DRZ400E and put a pipe on it and jet it and it was a new bike. Also to get the 12.2-1 compresion of the E model engine compared the the 10-1 or 11-1 on the quad, you just have to put the E base gasket on it!!!
