Guys i need some help. I just put new fiber plates and discs in my 230-Qsport. I went out today to try it out and my clutch lever was very hard to pull in. Once you finally got it in the clutch woulld not catch or soething like that. It was like when you pulled in the clutch it would want to take off with you or something like that. I really need some help guys.

If the clutch is properly put together inside the case, then it definatly sounds like it is way out of adjustment on the engine side and also on the handle bar lever. You might also have to change the position of the clutch arm that is attached to the shaft that comes out of the engine clutch cover itself.
