HEY ,yes, I own an 85 lt230s QUADSPORT but i am currently selling it for a 92 lt250R , my 230 is 100% stock & in very good cond.it's pretty reliable but it's not too fast (i lost to a CR80)
overall my 230 4-stroke is running great & the top
speed is somewhere around 75KMH it has plenty power for a begginer & my farthest jump with it was around 35ft with no nerf bars.you can pop the front end up only on hardpack & pavement.if you want more e-mail me @ tuffluck@canada.com

I have a stock one that I blew up last year. It is an 85. I could outrun Blaster's, Warrior's, 300EX's, Mojave's, and all the Polaris models. The only bad thing about it was it bottomed out too much. I adjusted the shocks but it would still bottom out off of about 10 ft. high jumps. I liked the lightness of it. It is as light as a Blaster. I could pull a wheelie up in 3rd gear and if someone is on the back even 4th. It has an awesome bottom end but on top end pegged out you can tell that it needs some more cc's cause that is when the other sport quads would catch up with me. I like it so much that I am now gonna put a 250 2-stoke motor on it off of a P.E 250 dirt bike. And do make sure you keep the chain tightened.

88warrier, it is not possible i have a 85 quadsport somewhat stock and it does not beat a 300 ex , blaster etc. i ride with people who have them and it could keep up somewhat but not come close to beatting them. maybe the people you ride with stink and don't know what their doing. and the weellie thing yes it does wheelie in 3rd gear but what other fourwheeler doesn't it does not even come close to weeling in 4th gear cuz it is to high who ever you had on the back must of been pretty heavy to get it to wheelie. i have held it completly reved out with the clutch in and poped it and it barely wheelied so y don't you tell the truth

hate to tell you this thomas, but somebody must have ragged yours out. Cause my Quadsport would beat my Warrior and all those other ones i mentioned in a 65 yard drag race on pavement. Then we would switch quads and the Quadsport would still win. So the driver didnt have anything to do with it.

Dude my quadsport would not even touch my 300EX. And a 300EX can't beat a Warrior. So I guess my quadsport can't beat a Warrior. I even have a Exhaust, filter, and a bigger front sprocket. Yes it is true that Thomas's quadsport is beat really bad. But it still is almost as fast as mine. But not at fast as a Warrior, 300EX, or most other new sports.
