2000 King Quad stalling

Sounds like carburetor float valve not seating/sealing properly on incline.
If still under warranty (as I'd expect a 2000 year model quad to be), an exercise for your dealer's service department.
If out of warranty, remove, clean (special attention to float valve and seat), adjust (special attention to float valve height, free movement of float) carburetor.
Good luck!

Are you out of high school yet????? If you don't want to offer helpful advice, just don't bother. The guy just wants some advice.
If you don't like Suzuki, then get out of the Suzuki category. Honda and Polaris have one of their own. Immature statements like yours, gives everybody a bad reputation.

You know whats strange i have two friends with the same exact problem and the same bike! I heard they changed the carb in y2k i wonder if its a manufacture problem. The bike runs fine at times but then it just wont start, seems like its flooded out but its not, and we dont ride on hills or anything, its all flat... very strange..

Make sure that all of the "breather" hoses connected to the carburetor are not pinched by anything, ie, seat, plastic etc. A pinched vent hose will cause stalling.
Also the King Quad is very gear sensitive and lacks torque. (no offense intended, had one) you must anticipate hills and downshift before you get there. They will not scoot over the top like some of the big bore competition. Be careful on steep inclines. With the engine mounted in the rear, they have a tendency to "loop out" if you have had to downshift and lost ground speed. Be careful.
