aight... first of all i hear a lot of people saying that suzuki is copying the raptor plastic. how the heck did they do that? i dont even think that they look alike. the front ends are totally different. i was wondering if anyone has read anywheres about the plastic on the Z, is it hard plastic or soft flexible plastic?

 

Im not sure about being hard or soft but in a new issue of atv sport there is a picyure with all the available suzuki mods to be soon available and the plastic looks thin becasue you can see on the right side fender the gas tank plastic through it.

 

Go grab ahold of a Polaris Trailblazer fender, and that's what it feels like

I dont think it looks at all like raptor plastic it reminds me more of the quadracers.

 

it kinda looks like a ds650...maybe it's just the color.

 

Looks identical to a raptor except the Z's headlights are in the position of the Raptor's radiator intakes and the radiator intakes are in the place of the Raptor's headlights.

 

Yes, it looks alot like the Raptor in the front, with a little bit of the old QuadRacer look in the rear.

I figure the sportquad market is headed to the same styling tactics used in the sportbike market. Make them look all alike and only the engine plays a key part in the buying decision.

 

well that may look like that but it doesn;t mean they copied the craptor. i bet that a lot of quad's would look the same if u switched some things around. if people think that they look alike...well then ok.. but i doubt that they are made alike. i bet that this z is made a heck of a lot better and that is why i am getting one instead of the raptor.
