I am looking to upgrade my lt230s exhaust. Does anybody have experience with any slip ons or other exhaust for the lt230s? Let me know what works for this atv and what you think of it.

 

i put a dg aluminum alloy exhaust on mine and saw a big increase in power throughout the entire rpm range. i had to rejet as it made my quad run lean. i am selling that system since i am parting my quad out, it was only run a couple of months. $75 plus shipping

I had an 86 quadsport, put the DG head and muffler on it also. Nice sound! Also put an UNI air filter on it. I tried playing with jetting but didn't seem to make much difference, as far as I could tell.

What are the symptoms of a lean condition?

 

if you are running lean your plug will be white on the tip. your plug should be tan or light brown.
