The Z400 is NOT smaller than the 400ex or Raptor its a little bigger

It is bigger then a 400ex and smaller then the Raptor. I have a Z in my garage and used to own a Raptor. Though the specs say it is has a lower seat height then a 400ex it doesn't. I just sold a 400ex. The specs are a little misleading. Bigger means overall feel and the Z falls right betwwen the Raptor and 400ex.

 

How come you sold your raptor and do you like the z400 better then the raptor or 400ex

 

I just got my Z and haven't rode it enough to make a judgement. Raptors are having tranny problems thats why I sold it..

 

the Z feels like a raptor, on a tad smaller scale....the Z feels better for me.

 

I got a Z comming (in a few days hopefully) but.....

Ill tell you, that new DS650 BAJA is a nice machine. I rode one, and definatly....the mags are right on in saying they fixed the front end geometry....turns mint now.

If I lived in CA and did a lot of dune riding....I might just get a DS650 BAJA. Anyone thats rode the old DS650 needs to ride the new BAJA to see the difference.

But yea, its still too big for the woods. A good dune machine tho =)

I cant wait any longer damit....get that train in 6th and hit the throttle, I want my Z400!!!
