The quad is a 1985 LT250R...
At full throttle it will hesitate , if I back off of the throttle , it will run smooth. Anyone have any advice ?
Maybe to rich on the mixing ?? I checked the gap and it is set .030
air filter is clean.
Thanks in advance.

Sounds rich on the main jet. Did it start this problem all at once?

It also might be that the float height needs adjusted.

my fault...
I put back on the stock 12 front sprocket , Thats when it started hesitating at full throttle.
What do you think it could be ?
I don't know what main jet is in there because I bought it used.
It definitly hauled *** before but there was no top speed.
Thanks for any advice.
Doug
