jcv400ex: atleast they should up to fight. where's Honda?
if anyone did any "jumpstarting" it was bombadier. they forced the only two companies paying attention to this industry...Yamaha and Cannondale to address customers demands. these three companies offer machines that the indusrty has been screaming for.
love em or leave em...I thank Yamaha for keeping their necks out there with keeping their 2 strokes in production Blaster and Banshee...and for having the huevos enough to stay competitive and unleash the 660 after the DS. Honda plays it safe...thats yyawn... boring.

<< Suzuki might have started it in 85, but it took Honda to perfect it in 86. And Suzuki missed the boat again....they had the chance to really raise the bar >>
LOL... someone needs to give the "big 4" a ladder... they can't even reach the bar, let alone raise it.
They may be considered the "big 4" but they all lack the "big 2" to release a quad that people want.

Hey Japan, Give us CURRENT MOTOCROSS TECHNOLOGY, ENGINES [2 stroke and 4] and SUSPENSION. Get rid of the reverse, keep electric start on the thumpers if your bike doesn't like to be kickstarted [read Yamaha]. WE WANT TOP QUALITY COMPONENTS THAT ARE RACE READY. And here's the best part of all, CHARGE US WHATEVER YOU WANT!! Sound kind of stupid? Hey Mr. HonKawYamSu, Wanna bet Cannondale sells EVERY one of those $12k+ Motos this year??? Hell, I've got $3k more than that spent on my little 400ex over the last 3 1/2 years. You know why? Because that's all you offered and I had the cash to make it better. And there are TENS OF THOUSANDS more just like me. Kick their teeth in Cannondale!
