Hello from a new Z400 owner
#1
I just wanted to stop in and say "hello" to my fellow Suzuki owners. I just bought the #2 Z400 from my local dealer, will pick it up Tuesday after work. I think (sure hope?) I made a good choice. Didn't get a stellar deal on this, but I'm sure great deals are hard to find in So Cal.
I do want to apologize in advance to Sandman, as I'm not trying to steal the identity, just all my other choices with the Z in it were taken...
Anyway, we plan to summer ride at Pismo, and winter at either Dumont or Glamis when we have a chance. I'm sure I won't be the fastest but I'm sure I'll have one of the widest grins on the sand!!
I've done a lot of lurking on this board, and thanks for all the interesting and very helpful postings that played a large part in my decision to buy the Suzuki...I could literally have gotten any brand/model out there, but the Suzuki seemed to be the best "bang for the buck" out there right now, that meets my "needs" rather than my wants.. It's my first quad, but I've been a dirtbiker for a looonggg time, was deep into sand rails in my teens/twenties, recently into jetskis, but sold them due to the hassles on the water, so I'm sure I'll adapt pretty quickly...
I'm sure I'll do more reading than posting, but I did want to say hello...
