Hey Zuki's-
I just put a downpayment down on a Z. Man, it feels good. I have been a Honda man all of my life. Quads and bikes. My bro is a Honda freak and flipped when I told him I was buying a Z. He wants me to get a 400EX. For those of you who either have both or have ridden both quite extensively, what are the major differences in your opinion? I did quite a bit of research on the two and made my choice regarding specs. But, what are the "real world" differences and feelings? Thanks for the help!

P O W E R. I just got a Z, and have logged a good number of hours on a friends 400ex- Haven't personally got to Race one yet, but the "seat of the pants" feel is REAL noticable. The way my Z pulls the front end tells me theres a big difference in the mojo deparment . Its like they are two way different machines, powerwise. The zuki feels rev-happy- while I always thought the 400ex felt happier in the midrange. One other thing, Reverse Not to mention its a Suzuki! dude u will be laughing at your brother for being a honda man once you get your quad. here is some "real" info. i got mine two days ago. my front end is hard to keep on the ground when i get on it. in third gear when i lean back i can pull a wheelie quite easily. when i rode my friends ex tonight i was in second gear and had to lean back and it was harder to pull and wheelie then compared to me in third. i can wheelie first through fourth. my friends on their ex's dont use their clutch when they ride wheelies cuz they lose the rpm's...but i use the clutch with and the thing does not let up. when i rode my friends ex tonight. i just had gotten off mine and when i got on his. i felt like i was riding a tank. it felt outdated. which it is....it is a 02 and it vibrates when it if revved up. i think that maybe a woman would like it though....haha..jk. my ride was a lot smoother too...THE THING IS AN AWESOME QUAD.....i will let everyone know how the Z does on a track. i will be riding with some ex's and a raptor and a banshee. i hope that i didn't give you too much detail... dont want to make u suffer any. oh yeah...just to give u a comparison to yourself on this quad. i weigh 170 and i am 5'11'.....peace

My girl and I both have one and love them. Yeah, you've all heard me say it before, but he asked. The real problem is our jaws really hurt man. It's like, when we're riding, we just can't stop grinning!!!! For real, if you want something that will vibrate the heck out of you, pi$$ you off when you have to get off of it to go backwards and push, or if you just wanna get smoked by us Z riders, you go right ahead. The Z has more horsepower, liquid cooling, reverse, better suspension, handles just as well if not better, and I could go on, but heck, I'm already sold. This is one bad freakin bike. You will not be disappointed if you get this.
peace
