I live in northeastern Ohio (about 20 minutes south of Akron) and 4 of our local dealers have Z400's here. I'm surprised at how available they are. Either the demand for these isn't as great as it was for the Raptor or Suzuki has done a better job at supplying but we've got Z400's on the showroom floor. My wife's cousin just bought one by walking into the dealership and buying it off the floor. I know when I bought my Raptor last April I had to order one cause they couldn't meet the demand almost 7 months after the first shipment.
All I know is that it's great to see a yellow sport quad when I walk into the dealership that says Suzuki on the side. The times we're living in right now are even better than the 80's that everyone's so fond of. My closest dealer is a Honda/Yamaha/Suzuki/Kawasaki dealer. I could walk in and take my pick of an LT, a 250R, a Tecate or a Shee. Those were the only 4 sport quads made. Now we've got the EX, the Z400, DS650, Raptor, Shee, several Cannondales, and a soon to be Kaw. Not too mention the fact that Bomb is whispering of new sport quad. Times are great!
