Yep my cdale speed insurance is like $290 a year. But you it is insured for the MSRP and tax so I could just walk up and get a new one if it is totaled or stolen. Medical is thrown on too. Its a little high but the cdale is $3000 more than a 400ex that they are used to seeing, so obviously the higher price. Worth it though.

I got mine through ATVLINE (888-755-4ATV). Mine costs $134 per year. Covers accessories i.e. pipes, wheels, etc. up to $500.00

I got mine through state farm (same company I use for my truck) It's $125/year with a $250 deductable, and $150/year with a $100 deductable. But they cover damages to bike and extras up to $1000.

I have my Vinson insured through Guide One for $85/year. Figure it this way, there are a lot more things on a utility machine to break/replace than a sport machine. Your location also plays a role in how expensive your insurance will be. Check with your agent to see if he can get a quote from Guide One.

This is just something to think on...When I was shopping for insurace for both of my machines, I was warned not to go through the same company that insures my vehicles. The reason being is if your are involved in an accident with you atv, you auto insurance rates would increase also. Therfore I kept my policies seperate. Also with the atv insurance company I have, I can buy extra coverage for aftermarket parts in $100 increments. Needless to say I have $1000 extra on my quad and $500 extra on my sons for aftermarket parts. I pay $187 for both machines for a year, that is full coverage with a $250 deductible. You can see my machines in my sig, all mods are not listed because I went over my 255 letter limit

Keep on riding!!

Dex, are you sure that a year or 3 from now that you'll still get what you paid for it? I believe that they will only give you blue book value for it. JMO

UMMM, good point. I will check, I think it depreciated from that value. Plus right now there are no blue book prices for Cannondales, kinda weird. Good luck getting a loan for a used one, they will just kinda look at you weird.

I have my isurance through Progressive. It is like $390 a year! I was told it can be less but alot of it is liability. Say I go to the Silver Lake dunes & hit someone on their quad it would cover me in the event they would sue. I know how sneaky people & lawyers are so I went with the extra.
Maybe it's a state to state thing but I'm with American Family on my house & truck, but they won't cover my quad. snowmobile yes, quad no.
