I've been hearing a clunk sound everytime I hit a bump on the trail and have been unable to find it. It sounds like it is coming from under the engine whenever the suspension goes down. After checking all of the suspension components, I took it back to the dealer this week while it is under warranty.

The tech told me today that he and 2 other tech's rode it and they all hear the same noise. They believe that the drive shaft and/or u-joints are the problem, but cannot do anything until it breaks. He said Suzuki will not authorize their hours to tear down something that is not yet broken, but by noting it on the warranty claim, if anything does break, it could be covered even after the warranty period.

They had another Vinson in the shop today and rode it and found that it makes the same noise, so they think it is normal for this model. Anyone else hear this noise?
