Mine squeaks also almost from day one. My dealer is replacing my bent axle under warranty. Suzuki has a few ?'s to ask from the dealer like How high? How far? What type of riding? Oh, small trails of course! Lonestar axle is on the way. Stock replacement from dealer will never be used!

 

Mine hasnt bent yet and seems to be holding up pretty well, The brakes though seem to be a semi metallic pad and squeak on mine until they are warmed up pretty much like my Z71, My dealer did confirm today that a bent axle would be covered under warranty and to just let them know if anything arises, Maybe the axles were outsourced to a couple different places, Otherwise it seems everyone would have munched theres by now?

 

O.K., for those of you who have a dealer that said they WOULD cover the axle, could you do me a favor and tell me who it is? i am sick of getting the run-around from my dealer. i would like to talk with someone who is interested in helping me and not just trying to sell me aftermarket parts. thanks for the help and the replies. it has been a a great help.

 

by the way, for those of you who have brake squeek and say your axle is not bent, how are you checking the axle?

 

yah man....zuki said they would cover it....but i do not have the details on the axle they are sending. anyway, i guess they came through. way to go zuki!!!
