What modifications need to be made to a 99 King Quad so that the differential lock can be used in 4x4 high or low? Thanks for any info.

You just remove the stopper pin, only takes about 15 minutes to complete. Ecbaatz, sent me the mod. sheet also. It's very detailed and easy to follow.
I use my diff. lock in low, all the time. I doubt that you will be able to ride with it locked in high, as it's almost impossible to steer....Good Luck. low-gear.

Well since your reqest has been replied to, I have a question for you.

Would you also be interested in a couple of other modifications, ie start in any gear, brake lights and backup light.

If so email me. Don't have pictures yet but will shortly. Wife let me get a digital camera. Now I have to get the King cleaned up and presentable before I take some pictures.

Oh, yes, Mudmanatv4x4 and Low-gear. Thanks for the compliments and I am glad you are sharing the information. That is what I had hoped would happen.
