The first few rides out to Wayne I got mugged by everyone who came by, it is kind of fun though being the new guy on the block. No one wanted to talk to me when I had the new 2000 scrambler but then again look at what I had. I have been parking at the "pop shack" too here lately since Dorr Run is so bad. We are going to camp out over the 4th of July weekend if you are going to be down there. I will be going this saturday too and if I don't feel too hung over I will try to make it out for Sunday too. I will make it a point to park at the "pop shack", it is kind of nice in the middle of the day to get a sandwich there and shoot the poop with the folks that stop by. I drive a ford ranger extended cab red pickup with a little red tilt bed ATV trailer if you see it and I am there stop by.

Does anyone know the price of the "Suzuki" nerfs and front bumper? I assume we have to order these through our local dealers?

the nerfs are 180 from a dealer. i dont know about the bumper though. i like prm's better anyway.

 

Resq, I ended up getting those nerfs at Honda Northwest. I haven't picked them up yet but they should work out just nicely. Thanks for the info on where to get them. I just can't be riding out there with someone one uping me (just kidding).

I just got over to pick up my nerfs, they had the chrome "heel guards" (for lack of a better word) there for sale. They don't look like much but they are real nice, now here is the kicker, they wanted 189.00 for them. It almost took my breath away. Guess I will be using that money for the pipe instead of making the quad look better. I didn't see a pretty girl to go with it so I figured I would wait on that upgrade.

Well, did you install the nerfs?

atv action did a couple pages on graydon,dg,roll design,white brothers, and ac. Think we did ok on the suzuki bars! They also did a few pages on the z as well. They liked it.

Dirt wheels did a review on the z, and a few pages on ohio riding...

Rode wayne today -sunday- and completed the breakin on the bike. Had a great time. No skid plate yet for the swingarm, still waiting.....
