Keihin PWK 39...bar none! Most serious zilla owners will replace the stock Mikuni with the Keihin.

I would look to the TM/TMX mikuni's either a taperbore 38 or the 41. I love these mikuni carbs. The low and mid is better than the PJ or PWK keihin. My 490 has a 41mm.

Fasternu, I received the caliper you sent me, but I didnt use it because it was to much $$$ to make it operational. I can send it back to you if you want. Maybe you can make one good of the two.
This is a hint for you about what I did: look on e-bay for a good Banshee or Warrior caliper. It is exactly the same as the one on the QRacer. Just bolt on on the base. I bought one off a 2000 Banshee(barely used) for $100 and works great. Any quetion please e-mail me. Good luck.

No, no, I bought a new one. The other one I had was all siezed up and rusted, and a rebuild kit didn't help anything....just curious if the other one ever made it down there.........sorry it wasn't any good.....
