I'm taking my Z into the dealership on Tuesday to replace my axle. Should I tell them to check the valves too? How long should it take them to check the valves?

Well, you can tell them to, and they'll prob. tell you they did, prob. charge you for it, too. However, they prob. won't even touch it. Sorry, had that happen to me on my 1st service. It would be worth while to get the service manual and do stuff like that yourself. JMO! Plus then you know it was done and done right.

Suzuki should have a factory service manual. The mechanics at the dealership have to have them too so the manuals should've been available when the quads were. Expect to pay $50 or more for them.

I'm having them checked by a mechanic at the dealership so as not to have to worry about my warrantee. Between five and ten hours is what I was told. But it's not cheap, I am paying 160 and it was 250 at the other shop I talked with. Do what you will with yours, but remember what Suzuki will say when you want warrantee issues solved, where did you have it serviced? When you say you did, well, I think that voids warrantee cause you probably aren't a certified suzuki mechanic or service tech or whatever.
later.
