Knowsalot, Since you work at a dealer how many Z400 bent axles have you seen, I am considering a Z400 and have been waiting to hear of any problems with these quads. Thanks[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

I haven't seen any that have left our store have the problem that i am aware of. I have talked to one dealer who has had 2 of his customers have this axle problem and that they were talking with suzuki about getting it covered under warranty. He said he had a mixed reaction by Suzuki and hadn't heard back from them when i spoke to him last.

I feel that Suzuki will most likely handle this on a "case-by-case" basis until they discover WHY these axles are bending. Once that happens, they will do something about it. Much like they did with the Vinson and Eiger models last year.

Suzuki may not be the biggest and best selling manufacturer, but based on my experience with all the other brands being sold in the same store, I can tell you that they are second only to Cannondale when it comes to customer support and resolving problems.
