Anybody else have this. I have only riden my quad for about 3 hrs. and it is actualy a chirp in one spot of the rotor, axle does not seem to be bent but the rotor looks warped, you can see the caliper walk side to side as the rotor pases through it.
Any ideas,

My Z does that exact same thing. I put it up on a jack and didn't see the disc move at all. I'll have to look more closely to see if it is bent a tiny bit. I have about 5 hours on it.

Mine squeeked a little, didn't care, went away. All good now. Twenty or so hours on mine now.

the back disk is junk, needs to be cross drilled. any aggressive trail riding overheats it in a hurry. solid is cheaper, more money for suzuki!

Crashpro, that is what I was thinking about the vent holes in the rotor, all of my hondas have that and the front's also, so I was thinking about checking the aftermarket for one and see what happens, feel there is no need to get it replaced with stock as it will probably do the same thing. Only advantage of telling Suzuki would be that hopefully they fix it for the others that might purchase the Z.

Anybody have any ideas as to where to find aftermarket disks?

Mine does it too. It didn't start until after I smacked a rock though. I'm wondering if the rock may have tweaked my rear rotor.
