Okay all, Is anybody having problems with their plastic coming apart right where the inside of your riding boots rest on both sides. There happens to be 2 little tabs (1 straight & 1 "L" shaped) that hold the upper and lower plastic together that keeps popping apart especially when I'm riding on the MX track. Looks like a design flaw. Anybody having this same problem?

I had that problem....after it was rolled down a hill three times

I am hoping that ufo or someone will come up with some alternatives for us.

If you are talking about the where the front fenders meet the tank plastic I am having the same problem. Kind of a weird design if you ask me, but for the performance I think I can live with it. A few wire ties and away we go. What would we do without them?

yes, I'm talking about where the front fenders meet the tank plastic. It seems everytime I'm done doing some laps on the track they have popped out, before long after bending the tabs to get them back in they are going to break off. Then what?

Yeah, mine did it too, it might of had something to do with me going over the bars and hitting my fender with my leg! dooooh
400exs are the same exact way! I think Suzuki studied the Honda plastic too!

P.O.S. plastics. Mine keep coming apart and I drilled holes and zip tied them together in a few places. I also noticed that after this weekend I was missing a few of the rivets that hold the plastic together. I think they went this route to give the plastics play instead of cracking under stress.
