ive got a 87 quadzilla and the manual says to run a 20:1 fuel mixture, but ive heard from other riders that a 32:1 mixture is better. Is the 20:1 mixture too rich. any suggestions would be helpful

I run 32:1 in my '87 Zilla. Just make sure your jetting is right. Better to start out with the jetting a little on the rich side and tune it in from there.

I run BELRAY H1R full synthetic at 40:1 with great results. The bottles are .38 litres and I add 15 litres of gas for 40:1

If you use cheap oil mix it 20:1. Most people I know run 32:1. I have been running AMSOIL series 2000 at 50:1 for years and it works good for me. No deposits etc...
