So, I just finished jetting the Z after putting on the K&N and pipe and BTW the FMF Ti4 is LOUD. Anyway, It now has quite a bit of popping on decelleration. Does that mean I am rich in the jetting? I went from a 130 to a 152.5

By popping, I think you mean backfiring. That's usually caused by too lean a mixture either in your idle or midrange carb circuit. Or it could mean you have an exhaust leak.

You could try turning the idle mixture screw out about 1/2 turn to richen up the idle and see if that helps.
