If I were to install just a White Bros. e-Series slip on would I need to rejet. Rejetting makes me nervous, I have never done it before and there are about a gazillion posts asking about jetting problems.

You will need to rejet if you add a slip-on exhaust. It would also help if you add an aftermarket filter like K&N to help it bring in more air. Jetting is really easy, there are several posts on how to remove and replace jets.
Good Luck

I have no problem locating and removing/installing the jets, I just want to make sure I have the correct sizes.

I have a Yoshi slip-on with K&N filter and I use a 155 main 25 pilot at around sea level and 60 - 75 temps. Mine runs great with those jets.

What are the stock pilot/main jets, and how do you know which one(s) to change?

I just put a WB E-series pipe on mine. The paper that comes with the pipe says that you don't have to re-jet but I took the cover off the air box also so I had to go to a 150 main and put two # 4 washers on the needle (to raise it). I never tried it with just the pipe but if it needed jetting I would suggest only one size up. You will have to drill out the plug that covers the pilot jet and turn it out 3 turns from stop, easy to do when the carb is off the engine.

JSsDS, How do you like the WB pipe. I have only seen/heard one in person but it was Mike Benson's GNCC Pro production Z-500, that bike would have sounded awsome with the stock silencer.

I like it ok. I wanted the "R" series but it wasn't gunna be available till the end of Oct. It sounds good, quieter then the Yosh pipe on my DS, kinda muffled. Looks good too.

To answer your original question, the stock main jet is 130 and its the one inside the cup in the center. I didn't chainge the pilot jet, I'm pretty sure it is fine. It rips right through the mid range, even on a hill but the idle screw (which is what I meant to say instead of pilot jet) is under a plug that has to be drilled out in order to access it. Just be careful you don't drill through it and into the screw.

My mixture screw just has a rubber plug covering it. It can be pulled out easily.

Rubber plug? You're lucky. Maybe the brass plug is a Kawasaki thing...who knows.
