Well...I never thought I would ever be changing this. 3 days ago I was out for a quicky and the tranny started acting up. I could still change gears 1 n 2 only but the shift lever would not "click in" like it normally does. I managed to get home thinking what could possibly cause this? I told my wife that I was sure it was only the little spring that holds the detent lever sitting on the gear shifting drum. I had to crack the trany open and when I peared inside the spring was in the bottom with a broken hook on the end. Gees I'm happy it wasn't anything more serious![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
