Default lt500 water in the gear box?

Talking the thing apart, i found milk shake in the gear box. It's got a new cyl and doesn't look like it's coming from the water pump seal? maybe it is????? One thing after another! But at least someone put the brass case bearing inserts. Thanks in advance!

Fast1, you seem to be in the same boat i am. I too bought a zilla a lil over a month ago. It had a vibration, and I mean a vibration. So I knew alot about the zuki motors so I bought it. It had alot of aftermarket too it, and it came with 3 extra cylinders, a extra frame, and a box of a few parts. So I tore into the motor and just sent my crank off to Trinity to have it rebuilt. It had the brass inserts as well, so I fell happy that I don't have to spend that extra 300 dollars. Just look at the bright side of the zilla, after you put it back together, you know exactly whats in the motor, so you can trust it more. Good luck with the zilla and if ya need any help, email me at holygoalie13@aol.com

There is a cranck case vent on the top, left side, near the left rear cylinder base nut...below, left of the carb. Make sure you have a hose (from the brass tube) that comes up than back down somewhere in front of the sprocket. If you don't have this hose...when you do some deep water, it will just go into this vent and into the trany.
