About 3 weeks ago i put a Supertrapp IDS2 on my 97 KQ.As much as i wanted to i did not take her for a spin cause i was in the healing process from a hernia operation.Plus if i did test it i would never hear the end of it from the wife.I did get to ride today and the pipe seems to add a bit more power to the low end.Because the pipe is 3-6 inches longer than the stock pipe and mounts to the right it is close to the plastic tool carrier and tail light. They both get sorta warm and we know what plastic does when it gets hot.Im gonna have to fix this problem, any ideas?Im happy with the pipe and how it performs.Just thought you KQ owners might want to know....BOB
