Quit your whining. Why would I remember the Zilla is still king? I have sent out an open challenge to this board, show me ONE quadzilla that can keep up with my dune bike banshee and I will forever stop knocking it. That was probably a year ago and i STILL have yet to race one that I didnt half track up Oldsmobile hill. They have there place, but frankly, they may be king stock for stock, but as soon as the mods get added, the banshee leaves it in the dust. But who leaves anything stock??

got 2 of em 1 1990 away having loads of mods being set up for oval racing
and a 1988 with poorly engine

i had one and had to get back to my yammyhaulers.... my lt500 felt fast (owned one when i was 14) but now i get back on one and think to myself? WHAT WAS I THINKING???

 

I have two 89 zilla's one stock for play and one for Drag Racing!

 

I have an 89 powder coated, ricky stator prm bumper/six rack, ported, tons of chrome, new plastic, had the bottom end rebuilt by CT racing and makes horrible bottom end noise

1990, 1991 was a terrible year...

 

I used to have a 'zilla then sold it for a project, now i just bought one (thats why its mostly stock) and i e-mailed Quad Tech when i had my old one and they toold me theyd make custom carbon fiber hoods if there was enough people interested, so if there seems to be a decent amount of people ill make another post so is anyone interested?
I have an 87', Paul turner pipe coated black, and motors in the process of being ported, different bearings in the case, coolhead, CT Outlaw pipe, 40mm carb and a few other things ill unveil when its done,a lil bit of bodywork and PC hint hint wink wink
