who cares which one win`s the shootout........................my 250 quadracer will smoke all 3`s tale.......on the pavement or.......on the track where MOST people race . the only flaws with the predator , z400 and raptor are they are all three 4 strokes.....

ps: i have a raptor , and a z400 in the basement ........haven`t rode the predator yet ..........but i still take the 2 stroke anyday !

 

I also agree. T he new 4 strokes are more modern and got better looks but the 2stokes will kick there a--es anyday

 

I dunno about the whole looks thing... modern quads look like toys. I LOOOOOOOVE the look of a full race 250R w/ some huge flairing race cut fullbore plastics [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img].

Just got my Feb issue, so I just read the article. The Predator motor is METRIC and the body is ENGLISH!! And, the thing has a PAPER AIR FILTER (will not last even 2 minutes in the desert)!! I think those Minnesota boys at Polaris have eaten some deer that had MAD COW DISEASE!! I wouldn't touch anything that company makes!!!

 

Actually, the predator I looked at had a foam filter under the paper filter. The air filter looked like a weak K&N.
