Just bought my LTZ400 last night at Bert's Mega mall OTD 5879. Now I just need to sell my bike to pay for it. Looking forward to much fun..

 

What model of DRZ do you have?? As I recall the DRZ400 if the kick start, and the E is electric start, and the ES is the dual-sport?? The reason I ask is, I have a friend who is thinking about getting a dual-sport. But, he is in the middle of buying a new house though, and I don't think he can afford it right now.

 

It is an S, and it is yellow. I have somebody looking today, 4500 takes it, I paid 6500.

 

Is $5879 OTD with the 3 1/2 warranty? Just curious 'cause I also got mine there.

 

No, that was without the warenty, but I got them to come down on the price of that too, I will be back there tonight to get the 4 yr for $280.

Why? How much did they run you for? They started at 7200, and I would not even listen, they told me on the phone 5600, but when I got there they said no way.

 

Take the DRZ engine out of the bike and install it in the Z400.... then sell the bike off with the *new* Z400 engine.
Make sure the buyer is aware of this mod and adjust the price accordingly.

How much does a DRZ400 complete engine run for?

 

That's a good price with the warranty. I paid $6134 for the same thing in Nov.
Your salesman didn't happen to be Al was it?

 

It was an S, so that wouldn't matter, and it only had 20 miles anyway so it was new.
