Hey Guys and girls,
I pretty much have a lock on any performance item that I need for my beloved Zilla, but I would love to get a fuel injection system for it. I have looked for one at all my usual places with no results. Does anyone out there know where I could get one or even if it is available? Thanks Guys any help would be great.

Whats up....Been a while. I have never seen a fuel injection system for a quadracer 500. I think you got mixed up in a dream somewhere!

I notice you have an 87. I also have an 87, and after my rebuild I cant keep a head gasket on it after milling my stock head. I wanted to buy a kool head, and my local dealer told me they dont make it anymore. Is it possible to get a metal head gasket instead of this shiney cardboard like one I am getting now.

Hey Dom,
Yeah I have been gone awhile, I have never seen a fueljection system for a Zilla and yes I have been dreaming about one. The best thing to do to the head is to have some one like trinity or Ct O-ring it, this will replace the stock head gasket with and O-ring. While you have it down send the cylinder down to trinty and they will install tapered head studs with more holding power. You can still get a cool head, my friend just got one for his about 2 months ago and even if they don't make it anymore someone should still have a few you just might have to call around. I have a friend who actullay makes them and you can't tell the difference, I have not talked to him in awhile so I am not sure if he still does or not but if I get a chance I will give him a call. I a kinda of short on time right now if you read my new post titled LISTEN UP --I NEED YOUR HELP, you will see why. Good to hear from ya talk to you soon.

My dad has a 87 zilla with FMF gold series fatty pipe power core silencer. I love it and its a banshee eater but the the thing is it recently blew up we took it apart and found the exaust side of the piston had been shaved off like the side of the piston was where ring should depress into since U also have a zilla I was wondering if U have ever saw this.

I know Pro Design still makes the cool head. I ordered one for a 89 but received one for 87. Look in the magazines. I ordered mine from Factory racing in Michigan.

I have seen fuel injection for a banshee but not a zilla. I dont know who maakes it but if you look through some snow mobile magazines I'll bet you could find something. I have even seen turbos on snow mobiles, can you imagine a turbo charged lt500?
