Default lt250r rear break

When we purchased our 1987 lt250r, i noticed the back brakes didnt work. when i looked at the brake fluid i found that it was empty. after adding more fluid, it quickly drained out at the rear brake. is there any way to fix this or is getting a new rear brake the only option. if so, where would you recommend?

Default lt250r rear brake

the caliper can be rebuilt if you are careful. i had a buddy do his recently... he just bought new seals, and used scotch brite to clean the surfaces after taking it apart.

where did the fluid come out, around the piston, through the bleeder, around the brake hose bolt, or somewhere else?
