Did LRD stop making the 85-86 LT250R pipe......It was on their website a few weeks ago, now its gone. Just wondering if they were changing their site or if they stopped making the pipe.....thanks

K&K ATV doesnt have the LRD LT250r pipe

 

There is a new LRD now. they had a little shop in Gresham, Oregon and now have moved. I heard that they don't offer as many choice of pipes anymore. You can not find one for a LT500. It seems that LRD only has time for the new bikes or race bikes.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

I just got a e-mail back from LRD saying that the reason they quit making the LT 500 pipe is that they need sales of about 100 per year to stay with it. They say that they have only been selling about 15 per year and that they have to order parts for 100 minimum quanities. They said that if they could sell 100 in two years they would do it. They want to know if there is some LT500 club out there that could order some and help sell them? He says he would reconsider his decision. I am looking for a LRD pipe for my LT500.

 

I'm in. I was planning on a rebuild this summer, when it's 120 degrees out here, and I had planned on a new LRD setup. I would be willing to pay $400 which I think was their last price.
