I am asking for my friend who has came across a 90's zilla,


It has a CT big bore kit,Bored And Flowed Carb, Nerfs,Pipe,New Maier Plastic, New Douglas 190 wheels and new tires, Runs Great No Problems. Is there anything he should look for in particular that is very costly to reapair and is normally broken on one?????? Its for 3800$ is it worth it?

In Fla. that would definitely be a good deal. Quads are generally cheaper anywhere else in the world though, so the exact condition of the bike may be critical to whether its worth that where you are.

 

Ask the seller if the case inserts have been installed and ask for receipts. The main bearings can fail in all zillas but if it is a 1990, that would be my only main concern. Cost to have a shop do this mod is about $400 - $500.
