I have pix of my gussets on my site. I did it myself so I have no idea of how much $.

Surfer and I are now looking at new frames. Both of ours are cracked like crazy all over. Every crack is at the factory welds. What a p.o.s. frame. I am going to have to add 30 lbs of gussets just to get this thing rideable again.

 

i have a suzuki that had a crack so i took it to tbr products and they sold me a gusset kit for my bike.
it was 50 bucks and well worth it now i can ride it without having to worry about it cracking it looks real good
if anyone wants one go to their website and callthem they had like 4 bikes in there getting it done also.

I asked this question on a different Thread a while back.

I have NOT heard of anyone having troubles with their KFX400 frames. That's not to say there aren't any, I just have never gotten any responce from anyone with a broken or cracked frame on the KFX.

Anyone?

 

My buddy Jeremy Schell has two with broken frames.
