I have a 93 King Quad the 4-wheel drive isn't engaging. I think the problem is in the front Diff. Anyone have any advice on disasembly or in what I would need to do to service it. Any help would be apreciated.

 

i might have a couple ideas for you. First check to see if the linkage is engaging? you mihgt have cable strectch or something like that. if the cable is just not pulling far enoguh back to lock the diff. then jsut advance the coupling a couple of teeh and that should do it. but remember you need to put the shifter handle to it desired position you want. bbuy a serice manual, it isa worht the 20 bucks.
