Default jet vs Dial a jet

I'm looking to jet my kfx400 and I didn't know what to use. Somebody told me about dial a jet and it seemed kind of cool but does it really work like a real jet. I'm going to put an exhaust, K&N and jets and also take off the airbox lid. If you know of any pro's or con's about any jets please let me know.

I guess nobody has any suggestions on jetting this bike. I know people have so what did you use and did you do it yourself. Let me know.

I don't know anything about the Dial-a-Jet . I went with a 155 main, needle on third clip, no lid and stock air filter with filter skins, and a MBRP slip-on. Runs excellent!!!

i've heard good things about dial-a-jet but it's not going to replace physically replacing the jets. dial-a-jet just compensates for changes in air quality (thickness) which is caused by changes in altitude and temperature. if you use dial-a-jet and do any mods, you'll still have to rejet and then fine tune with dial-a-jet.
