Honda 250r swingarm on z400

Default Honda 250r swingarm on z400

I saw something about using a 250r swingarm and I was wondering the advantage in this and also if you had to do any modifications to the swingarm or the bike.

are they talking 250r style? the round tube carrier is alot better for chain ajustment

Is that the only reason for the change. I would think weight would be a big reason and I'm not sure if it would be a little longer of a swingarm or not. Any modifications.

its not a 250 swing arm its made for the z but uses 250 style rear carrier it might b lighter it kinda depends on what brand you buy and you can get them any length
