Anybody have a hmf pipe on their Vinson. I am thinking of getting one with the quiet core. How loud is it compared to stock with and without the quiet core.

 

Come on someone has to have a pipe on their Vinson or heard one.

 

The guy I ride with has one on his, first he got it without the quiet core and after one ride he ordered the core, it was VERY LOUD. He had also read some where that the bike made more horse power with the core. He rejetted as per instructions and now with the core it is loader than stock and has a deeper tone and it runs alot better. From what I seen with my friends Vinson it is a good investment. It is a big improvement.

 

With the quiet core would you say that it is alot louder than stock and where did he notice the power gain, in low torque or top end. thanks

 

More over all power but most noticeable on top end and it is louder than stock but not overly so it has a nice deep sound to it with the core. He said throttle response is alot better, I'm thinking of getting one for my Prairie 650 and I will definately the quit core.
