Default Is this worth it

I was wondering if to adjust my chain on my Z is it worth me tring it or should I pay my local atv repair do it for less thjan 20 bucks

Well if you have the service manual and have time, then I say go for it. If you are still a little sketchy in your mechanics and want to have it done right without the hassle, take it iin. $20 doesn't sound too bad for that.

You should try it yourself. It is pretty simple...at least on my 160 it is. As far as I know the chain adjustment is somewhat similar on both of them. On mine all you have to do is loosen up 4 bolts and then tighten down a set screw. And then tighten the bolts down again. It is fairly simple and should only take 10 minutes at the most plus its a waste of $20.

my quadracer 250 is the same way ,all you have to do is loosen 4 bolts like he said and adjust with the small bolts . tighten and your done.
