I installed the full exhaust system on my Z400 and was wondering something, when I put on the head pipe then put back on the 2 nuts they did not screw far onto the exhaust bolts, in stock form when I put on the nuts there was part of the bolts coming through the nuts. Is this how everyone elses went on, it seems as the part that goes into the exhaust port on the head is too long. I hope you understand what I am saying I can help me out.





never mind, turns out Pro Circuit did not finish the milling on my header flange
