Default Air Bubbles in my 87 QR coolant system.

i was wondering how to make sure i have no more air bubbles in my 87' quadracer coolant system before i run it. would it automatically surface to the top of the radiator when i run it? i know that air bubbles would cause some hot spots, wouldn't it?

You might want to bleed the air out using the air bleed screw on top of the head. Just loosen it until coolant comes out and you're done. Just make sure you have a spark plug installed before you begin

Just loosen the hose on the cool head, fill the system slowly (I took the hose off) until you get coolant from the head. Tighten the hose and finish filling the radiator. Run the engine a couple of minutes then recheck the level with the engine off...
