Its most likely jetting, and it sounds like its too lean. Look for huge air leaks, or reasons why gas isnt getting to the motor. If you open the drain on the bottom of the float bowl, does gas pore out?
How did this all start? Just out of the blue, doesnt run good? Did you do anything....remove air box lid, change oil, clean the clutches...? Did it have the issues before cleaning the carb, or after?
You might have better luck, getting more responses, if you start a new thread, and decribe whats been done, and what its doing.

i opened the float bowl and it seems to have alot of gas pouring out.it just started all at once. i went riding and rode mabe 15 minutes and then it started acting up.i thought it was the carb so i cleaned it. i put it back together and it did the same thing so i tore it apart and cleaned everything including the carb for the second time.when you give it gas it also blows out black smoke as it backfires.do you think it could be the coil or cdi?

CDI can often be the ghost in the machine, but it will not cause billowing black smoke. Float and needle put back to spec?

Good luck

How does the air filter look? Has it been cleaned and reoiled lately?
I would suspect a faulty switch before id suspect a cdi. The reverse switch, diff lock switch, but those are long shots too.
How were the vent tubes on the carb. clear? Gas tank vent clear too?
How was the spark plug cap? loose or sloppy?

I also have a 2004 grizzly that will only idle. When hit gas it backfires thru the carb.
have checked carb several times, all grounds and connections.Already has reverse override
which i disconnected to see if it made a difference which it didn't.compression and leak down are exc.If you figure it out let me know and I'll do the same.
