Default My Hensim 150 ATV carb is leaking fuel out of vent valve and will not start.

My Hensim 150 ATV (which appears to have a GY6 carb ) on it is leaking fuel into the air filter and out of the vent tube. It will not start even with the gas cutoff valve in the off position. I was riding it and it just died, never to start again. Has anyone else had this problem before? Please help.

Does the vent tube originate from the float bowl? If so, your floats are stuck most likely. I don't own this atv, a little more info might help.

Fuel is coming from the vent tube at the top of the carb. No fuel is coming from the vent tube at the bottom of the bowl. The carb appears to have an electric choke on it. THanks for your help.
